Service

Clearve.io provides non-clinical preparation plans, reflection tools, exercises and AI-generated coaching for high-pressure situations. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information.

Not healthcare or emergency care

Clearve.io is not a medical device, healthcare provider, psychotherapist, crisis line or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for qualified care. Never delay professional or emergency help because of the service.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and only for yourself.
• Do not upload another person's sensitive data, malicious code or unlawful content.
• Protect your credentials and review AI output before relying on it.

Subscriptions

Prices, billing interval and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can manage cancellation through the billing portal. Mandatory consumer withdrawal, refund and statutory rights remain unaffected.

Availability and AI limits

AI responses can be incomplete, unsuitable or incorrect. Features may be changed or temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee a particular wellbeing, academic or professional result.

Account closure

You may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use. Clauses that must survive termination, including payment and legal accountability provisions, continue to apply.
