Who controls your data

Data we process

Account and security data; subscription status; missions, objectives and deadlines; optional stress level, difficulties and wellbeing reflections; coach conversations; exercise activity; and technical security logs. Do not enter medical records or information about another person.

Why and on what basis

• Provide the account, planning and subscription service: performance of the contract.
• Process wellbeing or stress information: your explicit consent.
• Prevent abuse and secure the service: our legitimate interest and legal obligations.
• Billing records: contract and applicable accounting obligations.

AI processing and recipients

Content submitted to AI features is sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. Hosting, email, database, payment and AI providers process only the data needed for their service. The final provider list, locations and data-processing agreements must be recorded by the operator before launch. AI output may be inaccurate and is not a diagnosis.

Retention

• Active account and wellbeing data: while the account is active, then deleted when the account is deleted.
• Archived missions: automatically purged after 30 days.
• Expired authentication and rate-limit records: operational cleanup after expiry.
• Payment records: retained only as required by accounting and dispute obligations.

Your rights

You can access and download your data, correct profile data, delete your account, withdraw consent, request restriction or object where applicable, and request portability. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing; because sensitive processing is essential to personalized features, withdrawal is currently completed through account deletion. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to your data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.

Transfers and security

The operator must document any processing outside the EEA and the safeguards used. Clearve.io uses access controls, password hashing, request limits and encrypted transport, but no system is risk-free.

Children

Clearve.io is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children.
